Josep is a Partner at Delta Partners and has been with the firm since its inception in 2006. He professional expertise covers more than 15 years of management consulting in the telecommunications and high-tech sectors, providing advisory services to key industry players in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and the CIS markets.
Josep brings with him extensive advisory experience in marketing and sales strategy for start-ups, GSM incumbents support in the pre-empt strategy, buy-side and sell-side advisory, management of transformation programs as well as design and execution of strategic alliances between telecom incumbents and global consumer electronics vendors. Recently Josep has been advising telecom players on the opportunities available in emerging and high-growth markets including how to drive top line growth, business planning and go-to-market strategies, and ensuring the adoption of the right business model to optimise the bottom line and the return on the investment. Josep has also acted as a strategic advisor in several assignments led by our Corporate Finance division.
Prior to joining Delta Partners, Josep was a Principal at Oliver Wyman (then DiamondCluster) in the Barcelona office.
Josep received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona. Josep is fluent in English and Spanish.
