Recruitment Process

Once you have submitted your application through our careers portal, your application will be screened for the position you have applied to and also other open positions within Delta Partners. For most graduate positions we have a set deadline for application, which will be clearly advertised with the vacancy. All applications will be screened once the deadline has closed and we will not contact you until after our screening process which may take a couple of weeks. Once the deadline has passed screening will take about two weeks and we will then contact you to let you know if we would like to invite you for an interview or if your application was not successful.

The interview process for current students and recent graduates includes two rounds of interviews. The first round of interviews consists of two or three interviews with junior and mid-level members of the Corporate Finance team. You must pass each interview in the first round to progress to the next interview and you have to successfully pass all first round interviews to progress to second round interviews. The second round of interviews is conducted by Directors and Partners from the Corporate Finance division. To be considered for an offer you must pass all your interviews at both levels.
Interviews at both first and second round will follow a similar format, with a review of your CV and experience, a case study and the opportunity for you to ask your interviewer some questions about Delta Partners. Each interview will last approximately 45-60 minutes.
