Recruitment Process

Once you have submitted your application through our career portal, your application will be screened for the position you have applied to and will also be considered for other open vacancies. Screening will take about two weeks and we will then contact you to let you know if we would like to invite you for an interview or if your application was not successful.
 
Should you successfully pass our screening stage, we will then schedule an initial conversation lasting around 60 minutes with one of the Private Equity team members.  This will be conducted either in person or via phone/video-call. You will have the opportunity to discuss your educational background, professional experience and ask any questions you may have regarding the firm, the Private Equity division and the specific role you are interviewing for. Depending on your level you may have several conversations following the above-mentioned format.
 
Should your introductory conversations go well, you will then be invited to undertake a case study to test investment skills and financial modelling; you will be given three hours to answer the case question and one hour in which to review your findings with a senior member of the Private Equity team. 
 
The final stage of the interview process, following successful completion of the preceding two stages, involves meeting the team in person in our headquarters. Over one or two days you will meet with all the Private Equity team members and be assessed both on your professional competencies and personal fit. 
 
Once you have completed all three stages of the interview process we will assess the feedback and decide whether to extend an offer.
