Delta Partners seals Great Place to Work recognition for the fourth consecutive year
Delta Partners, a global Telecoms, Media and Technology (TMT) advisory and investment firm, has been ranked as a Great Place to Work for the fourth continuous year.
The award recognizes companies with outstanding performance in leadership, personal growth, employee wellbeing, compensation and management sentiment. The winners are selected on the merit of confidential feedback provided by employees directly to the Great Place to Work Institute, a global research and training consultancy firm.
“Since we founded the firm, we have been focused on trying to build the best possible culture and work environment for our team. This allows them to develop professionally, whilst having fun and continuously making a true impact on the industry we specialize in. Having yet another external validation point and from such a reputable organization makes all of us feel proud of who we are as a team”, said Victor Font, co-founder and CEO of Delta Partners.
Delta Partners’ operations and workforce span from the west coast of the US through Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Asia, and most recently, Australia. The firm engages clients and investors globally to help the Telecom, Media, Sports and Tech industries addressing their most strategic matters.
To select the best workplaces, Great Place to Work conducts an evaluation of each participating company. Two-thirds of the company’s score is based on the results of the Institute’s proprietary Trust Index © survey, which is sent to the employees from each company. The survey asks questions related to their attitudes about the management’s credibility, employee engagement and job satisfaction. The other third of the scoring is based on the company’s responses to the Institute’s Culture Audit ©, which includes detailed questions about pay and benefits programs and a series of open-ended questions about hiring, communication, and development.
Each entry is judged according to performance in eight key areas: Leadership, wellbeing, giving something back, personal growth, fair deal and how members of staff feel towards their manager, company and team.
Commenting on this year’s Best Workplaces list, Michael Burchell, CEO of Great Place to Work ME, said: “The Best Workplaces list recognizes organizations that have demonstrated a truly serious commitment to creating workplaces that foster trust, pride and camaraderie amongst their employees. Every organization that made it onto the list should be proud of this noteworthy accomplishment. Congratulations to all the list makers”.
