Delta Partners, an FTI Consulting Group company and the leading Strategy Consulting practice specializing in the Telecoms, Media and Technology (“TMT”) industries, has promoted Antonio Guastafierro to Senior Managing Director to support its growth in the United States.

Mr. Guastafierro specializes in corporate commercial, operational strategies and customer value management across the TMT industry. He brings over a decade of experience, advising telecom operators and media and technology companies across multiple regions, including North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Based in Denver, Mr. Guastafierro was previously part of the leadership team at Delta Partners in South Africa. Prior to joining Delta Partners, Mr. Guastafierro worked as a Marketing Manager for T-Mobile International, part of Deutsche Telekom, responsible for the launch of 4G in several Deutsche Telekom operations.

Mr. Guastafierro holds a CEMS degree in Master of International Management, Global Alliance in Management Education (home school: Bocconi University in Milan), a Master of Science in International Management, Bocconi University, Milan, Italy, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bocconi University, Milan, Italy.
