Get ready for your interview
Once you have submitted your application through our careers portal, your application will be screened for the position you have applied to and you will also be considered for other current vacancies.
For most graduate positions we have a set deadline for application, which will be clearly advertised with the job vacancy. All applications will be screened once the deadline has closed.
Once the deadline has passed, screening will take about two weeks and we will then contact you to let you know if we would like to invite you for an interview or if your application was not successful. Do note that we will only contact you after we have completed the screening process which may take a couple of weeks depending on the number of applicants.
Please note: some of the Universities and Business Schools we recruit from do not follow the same recruitment timeframes as outlined above. Please keep an eye on our career portal for all current openings and also please refer to the job board at your university or business school

You will be working with industry leaders on some of the most challenging projects and transactions within the rapidly transforming TMT industry.
The interview process for current students and recent graduates includes two rounds of interviews.
The first round of interviews consists of two interviews with senior consultants; you will be scheduled for one interview first and must pass this interview to be invited for a second interview.
The second round of interviews is conducted by the Partner group and you must pass both first round interviews to progress to the second round. Once again, you will be scheduled for one initial second round interview and should you be successful you will then be invited to take a second, final interview. You must pass all your interviews at both levels before an offer will be considered.
Interviews at both first and second round will follow a similar format, with a review of your CV and experience, a case study and the opportunity for you to ask your interviewer questions about Delta Partners. Each interview will last approximately 45-60 minutes.
We follow two main recruitment seasons for graduates:
- Full time recruitment takes place between September and November for start dates the following
- Internship recruitment takes place between January and March for internships occurring between June and September of the same year
