What would a working day be like at Delta Partners?
We follow two of our consultants who prove that no day is ever the same.
The interview process for current students and recent graduates includes two rounds of interviews. The first round of interviews consists of two interviews with senior consultants and the second one with the leadership team.
Interviews at both first and second round will follow a similar format, taking 45-60 min.

Learning and Development
Our annual training Offsite, a two-day programme, provides another learning and networking opportunity for our Senior team members, to catch up on the latest developments in the TMT area through an array of presentations, discussion panels, role plays and interactive exercises.
To support our employees’ growth and development, we assign each new entrant a Mentor who is a Senior Managing Director of the firm.
The Mentor will support each mentee by providing guidance and mentorship.
