Corinne is a CX Expert at Delta Partners Customer Experience Practice, based in Dubai.

She specialized in Customer Experience (CX), Research and E2E Journey Design. With more than seven years of experience, she has advised TMT players, governments, Financial Services institutions and Hospitality corporations in Europe and Middle-East, with 3+ years Design Experience in KSA.

Before joining Delta Partners, Corrine worked at EY in the Service Design and User Experience division​.

Corinne holds a Masters in Marketing Management from Bocconi University and is also trained in Advanced Design Thinking Training from IDEO U school for designers.
