Diego Cartagenova is the Head of the Strategy Execution Practice at Delta Partners. He has more than 24 years of relevant management consulting and industry experience, with significant international exposure from working in more than 20 countries across five continents. He has been based in and focused on the Middle East for the last 11 years.

As a former Kearney and EY management consultant for the past 16 years, Diego has been delivering measurable outcomes to business problems for C-level leadership teams from various industry sectors, including telecom, media and technology, the public sector, real estate and energy.

He has led several strategy developments, performance management, operating model, operational excellence, business process reengineering, large-scale transformation, strategy execution and implementation projects.

Diego has also held relevant roles in EY Consulting, where he led the Middle East and North Africa (“MENA”) business transformation (“BT”) practice and was a core member of EY Global BT Leadership committee, responsible for defining the BT offerings and capabilities worldwide.
