Edwin Grummitt specializes in telecoms strategy, transactions, public policy, and regulation. With over 20 years of Telecommunications, Media and Technology strategy consulting experience, he has advised operators, investors, policy makers and regulators around the World.
Edwin has supported a wide of Telecommunications, Media and Technology transactions, of all types and asset classes, including mergers & acquisitions, privatizations, carve-outs and license bids on operators, towers, fiber, satellite and digital startups. With work focusing on valuation and due diligence and extending into deal structuring and integration.
In the public sector, he has worked with policy makers, regulators, and sovereign wealth funds on market structuring, FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) stimulus, wholesale and retail price controls and spectrum licensing.
Edwin has advised clients across the World, with a focus on Middle East and Africa, based in Dubai since 2007.
