Josep Que is a Senior Managing Director based in our headquarters in Dubai. He brings with him close to 15 years of consulting experience in the telecommunications industry supporting C-level clients on advisory projects in the Middle East, Africa, Western Europe, South America and Asia.

Josep has extensive experience varying from start-ups in Brazil and India to strategy-related projects such as due diligence, strategy definition, business planning and company valuations for key European telecommunications operators.  He spent almost 10 years working exclusively with telecom operators in the Middle East and Africa preparing them for the next wave of opportunities expected to be seen in the unique markets they operate in and addressing challenges in a rapidly transforming industry.  Josep also has corporate finance and investments experience.

Prior to joining Delta Partners, Josep was a principal at The Node Company, an innovation strategy consulting firm based in Barcelona, where he was involved in growth strategy projects for multinational companies in the telecommunications industry. Josep also worked at Oliver Wyman (then DiamondCluster) for seven years focusing on the telecommunications projects across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Josep received a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the UPC, Barcelona, and an Erasmus scholarship in the Politecnico di Milano. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan and has a working knowledge of Portuguese and Italian.
