Roman has worked as a consultant in the telecommunications industry for almost 15 years and now heads up our content Practices, with executive responsibilities in our Analytics Based Management (ABM) practice. Our ABM practice deploys proprietary analytical methodologies across the telecoms, media and tech (TMT) industry, allowing us to provide actionable recommendations to our clients.
In the last few years, Roman has been responsible in developing Delta Partners’ analytics practice across multiple engagements with clients in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and USA. He has created data-driven products and concepts, advising teams and clients on multiple and varied telecom-focused projects. Along with his expertise in analytics, Roman brings with him substantial experience in commercial and value proposition revamps, value-based network deployments, geo-based intelligence, BI environment, big data initiatives, strategy, business planning and corporate finance.
Prior to joining Delta Partners, Roman was Head of Strategy at Jazztel Plc, a public convergent operator in Spain, handling strategy, business planning, investor relations and CEO support. Before Jazztel, Roman spent eight years at Oliver Wyman (previously Diamond Cluster) consulting telecom operators on strategic and commercial topics.
Roman received an MBA from Instituto de Empresa of Madrid, Spain and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Universidad Autonoma of Madrid, Spain. He speaks fluent Spanish and English.
