FTI Delta Strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of Sebastian Blum and Two Promotions to Senior Managing Director
Washington, D.C., Feb. 8, 2024 — FTI Delta, the strategy consulting practice of FTI Consulting, Inc., has strengthened the capabilities of its Telecom, Media & Technology practice with the addition of a senior hire and promotion of two experts to Senior Managing Director.
Sebastian Blum joins FTI Delta as a Senior Managing Director in the Media & Entertainment practice in New York, where he will lead the practice on the East Coast. Mr. Blum has 20 years of experience advising the senior executive teams of Fortune 1000 organizations and cutting-edge growth companies in both the business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors.
Prior to joining FTI Delta, Mr. Blum was a Partner at OC&C Strategy Consultants, where he led the Media Entertainment and Consumer Internet practice in North America. He was previously a Partner at Booz & Company (now Strategy&).

Anthony Dornan, who is based in Dubai, has been promoted to Senior Managing Director. His expertise spans commercial strategy, digital transformation and customer experience analytics. Mr. Dornan has considerable experience helping TMT clients shape diverse commercial strategies. Recent projects include digital transformation for regional telecom operator groups and the design of innovative models that enable mobile operators to enhance real-time customer interactions.
Bhaskar Neppalli, who is based in Dallas, has been promoted to Senior Managing Director. Mr. Neppalli is a hands-on business transformation expert with more than 15 years of consulting experience and technology industry insight. He leads holistic transformations and plays a pivotal role in various aspects of the transaction life cycle, from due diligence to value creation.
